Robin Weber

Robin Weber, a native of Dallas, Texas, went to Jesuit High School and attended the University of Notre Dame on a football scholarship graduating in 1976 with a degree in business management.  In 1983, after working as National Accounts Sales Manager for Oil Well Company Ltd., PepsiCo, and John Watson Company, the New York based national real estate firm and Rockefeller owned Cushman and Wakefield, Inc. hired him to establish their Industrial Division in Dallas, Texas.  He was the leading broker in his 15 state region in 1987 and was regularly one of the top brokers in the company.

In October 1989, Mr. Weber started his own real estate firm whose primary focus is representing corporations in fulfilling their facility requirements.  He has sold or leased millions of square feet of office, warehouse and high tech space and has sold both developed and undeveloped land representing more than $950,000,000.00 in sales. His background includes office/industrial sales and leasing, land sales, and build-to-suits, resulting in his negotiating and consulting with developers, architects, contractors, and governmental authorities on rezoning and building cost variances, and monitoring construction.

Services include tenant representation, real estate acquisition and disposition, leasing and portfolio management.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Illinois and Washington.

Don Spencer

Don Spencer graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. His professional career is an interwoven background of civil engineering, construction, land development and corporate real estate/facilities management. Practical and theoretical foundations are combined with experience, knowledge and integrity.

He was engaged by William Jovanavich, Chairman of the diverse global publishing company, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Inc., to establish a Real Estate Division that brought 54 subsidiaries (300+ industrial and office leases and 20 owned office and industrial buildings) under the control of one group, thus assuring that leases were administered properly, redundant space and buildings were eliminated, and facilities were properly designed and constructed. This consolidation of real estate activities resulted in $2 million in savings in the first year of operation and many millions over his tenure.

Don's visionary leadership was then sourced by multi-national corporation, Drake Beam Morin Inc., to examine its $34 million annual real estate budget for its 150 leases around the world. Through his needs assessment and exemplary team leadership, the company adopted a more efficient design standard that reduced office size by a 36% average. He also centralized and standardized the company’s real estate procedures and policies, eliminating nonessential space and wasted capital budget. A $4 million rental savings was realized in the first two years of application.

Don’s experience, knowledge and integrity establish him as a respected expert in the corporate real estate arena. His ability to comprehend the whole picture, create proper strategy and then direct, manage and coordinate players and teams to fulfill those strategies assures the company that their real estate is being managed effectively and efficiently.
